I measured, marked and trimmed the port boot cowl as far as I dare until daylight. Later I'll make the final adjustments to the size and ensure each hole is exactly centred with the nutplates before I drill them to #19 and dimple, otherwise the dimples will cause localised depressions and bows in the bootcowl skins.
