I started fabricating the port boot cowl ... a slow job to match drill the pre-countersunk and nutplate'd holes, plus trim the sides to match the existing cutout. There's a way to go yet.
I shaped an ally strip to match the fuselage and used the same technique to mark out the lower bootcowl holes as used on the rear canopy skirts.
