This was painstaking, but I started with an plexi template to locate the holes properly, then rough cut and trimmed bit by bit until the ally skin matched the hole. It worked out pretty well, perhaps except that the gap back at the glare shield is a fraction larger than I planned. I may trace and remake this part, but I'll run out of 0.032" sheet if I'm not careful.
