I prepared a filler plate to prevent items falling into the electrical bus bars when inverted. This will bridge the gap between the base of the circuit breaker panel and the fuselage. It will also provide a mounting base for some D-sub connectors to make removal of the smaller wires more straight forward. I then match drilled the hinge, the filler plate and the circuit breaker for riveting.
Next I'll make the faceplate and document pressure plate.
