I made a batch of JB Weld and filled in the edges where the skins are riveted to the turtledeck bulkhead. Later I'll smooth this off ready for priming and paint. I need to add a stiffener to the back of the hat rack door, make sure the turtledeck bulkhead is sitting flat, then I can finish off the shelf inside.
I used what was left of the JB Weld to smooth out the NACA scoop inlet. If the NACA scoop won't break free easily after this sets, then I'll die grind most of it away and redo it when the NACA scoop is bonded for the final time.
