Tonight I fitted nutplates to the brake mounting plate to hold on the forrest of ground tabs. Later I'll remove the soldered bolt and replace it with an threaded aluminium bronze bush to pass through the firewall (with large flanges at the firewall and ground tab areas for load spreading and extra contact surface area).
