Tonight I cut slots in the left side of the # 4 and # 5 bulkheads for the aft throttle connecting rod. In the same way the cables forward of the front throttle body need to be aimed downwards to clear the mount, there isn't enough clearance to connect a rod straight to the aft lever either. Hence, I began to fabricate a chrome moly plate to connect the rod to the main lever, but with a cutout along the upper edge to clear the mount.
