Tonight I continued making the aft throttle lever. I started with the mandrel (made 3 before I was completely happy) and then made the handle. Some adjustment was required to be sure of free movement without any binding, then I drilled the bits apart for Alumiprep, Alodine and primer. I made a polycarbonate washer to fit between the lever and the pivot, also to prevent binding.
