Today I made a crankshaft adapter, fitted the alignment plate and put the cowl back over the engine. I need to remove the engine and torque the engine mounts properly before I trim the aft edge of the cowl for the final time. When all that is finished, I'll be able to fillet the firewall attach flange around the SkyBolt 1/4 turn fasteners.
