I trimmed back the Carbon fibre overhangs in preparation for more work on the hinge pins. I should have added the Aerosil filler to the attach flange after the extra layer of Carbon on the top cowl. No worry, I'll trim the filler back and repeat the process ... it's important to get the best possible fit in this area.
