Tonight I ground and sanded back the Q-cell layer and overlaid resin and Aerosil where there were holes. The Aerosil stays put, so it was relatively easy to smooth out. Tomorrow I will sand smooth for a layer or two of glass to keep everything in its place under heat and vibration conditions.
