While trial fitting the bottom rudder fairing, I noticed that the steering link was going to make contact at full left rudder, so I disassembled it and made a different length 1/4" connection to the steering arm. Everything clears nicely now and I measured the length so I could bottom out the rod ends and avoid using lock nuts that add drag. I'll use Loctite for added security.
