Riveted the rudder skins to the counterweight doubler along the inside row, then to the skeleton along the front spar (all clecoed and jigged of course). This will allow me to insert a high density foam strip inside the trailing edge to absorb vibration that sometimes causes skin cracks around the trailing edge and stiffener rivets.
