I sanded back the composite elevator tips and rasped the trailing edges to match the profile of the trailing edge joggle. When that was done, I sanded the area with 120 grit paper and applied a coat of Upol Reface. When that dries, I'll sand the skin area back to bare metal and begin with primer.
