I applied the first coat of 2K primer. There will be several more before I'm happy with the final smoothness where the fairings meet the skins. I will also have to adjust the shape of the trailing edge of the upper fairing ... it's pretty close in shape already, but right at eye height where the critics would be able to detect a problem.
