Finished installing the sixth cylinder, but noticed the # 3 intake valve stem was slightly longer than all the others. I pulled the cylinder and replaced the reconditioned valve, which we discovered had come from another cylinder style - those with the bolt-on rocker arm.
I painted over the newly cad-plated cylinder base nuts and plates with heat resistant clear. I then installed the intercylinder baffles, oil return lines, hydraulic lifters, pushrod shrouds and seals, fuel divider, fuel servo, injectors, longer prop governor studs, B&C 90 degree oil filter adapter, new fuel pump and the alternator bracket. I also used a green paint pen to mark the middle cooling fins to signify oversized (P10) cylinders.
