Pre-oiled the bearings and assembled the CONRODs to the crankshaft. I used anti -sieze on the bolts to prevent galling on the threads and thrust face and torqued to 40ftlb (for this engine). These bolts can only be torqued once, so they have to fit right the first time. I then checked the counterweight pins were compliant with service bulletin 1012F and re-fitted the counterweights, pins, washers, circlips and measured for correct circlip seating at 0.198" (for this engine).
