I cut and polished the oil door and verythng looked fine until I mounted it and used the Hartwell latch a few times. I used soft rivets as usual, but mounting holes and countesinks were a little over sized and regular poly body filler wasn't strong enough to resist the shock, so the paint began to lift around the rivets ... sigh.
