James and I measured up the cowl in preparation to finish trim the aft edge, but we couldn't be sure without reinstalling the prop and spinner to check the front end clearance as well. So, I spent 40 min putting the prop on and another 20 taking it off again, but better sure than sorry! Tomorrow we'll start final trimming around the aft edge, but not much needs to come off. I'll also adjust the position of the centre hole in the alignment flange, since the engine mounts have had years to settle into place already.
