I die ground and sanded the flanges around the scoop mounting hole ready for more Upol Reface, then sanded the entire cowl. I used a torch to make sure there were no shiny areas left, then blew the pinholes clean with compressed air, washed the cowl with Prepsol, let that dry thoroughly and then wiped on the first coat of epoxy thinned with Acetone. 30 minutes later I went over that with a second coat.
