I cut the excess off the wheel chock holder tube and bonded on 6 layers of carbon fibre (with filets on the inside). When this sets I'll turn the inside and outside flat and mount a thin piece of silicone baffle seal inside, then bond the part into the filter box so it is under positive ram air pressure unless the filter becomes blocked.
