I wanted the engine oil output line to go to the bottom of the oil cooler, but it doesn't really matter and there isn't enough room to connect the top hose to the top engine oil return fitting, so I crossed them over. This required cutting a fitting off the existing hose, so I cleaned everything in white spirits and re-lubed before re-assembly.
