Today I remade the cable bracket from two pieces of 4130 chrome moly held together wth monel rivets and a phenolic spacer. It is important not to strain the pushrod tubes and I needed to ensure the best possible clearance from the stainless fuel injector line, while catering for the arc traced by the governor arm. I used nutplates to make it easy to remove for engine maintenance.
