Tonight I bored holes for two cable passthroughs and started fabricating brackets to hold the baffle seal inside the oil cooler duct. It took some planning, but I think it will work out well. The initial plan was to use nutplates, but the screws are too much and add weight to parts subject to a lot of vibration, so I'll revert to solid rivets.
