I epoxy'd 4 x 200GSM layers of carbon under the starboard aft fairing flap overhang and pinned it down so it would turn out flat (this area is thin and has a natural curve after sitting around for almost two decades). Once final assembly and flap adjustments are done, I'll scuff this area and match mould epoxy and 410 microfibre in the 1/8" left between the fairings and flaps in the retracted position.
