I spent some more time trimming the wax to improve the underlap with the front fairing, then scuffed the underside of the aft fairing with a coarse grinding wheel, finished the masking, marked lines, cut and layed up the fibre, smoothed off the edges with epoxy/410 micro and pressed the parts into shape against the wing and fuselage. Once this all sets, I'll project the trim lines I want from the front fairing and cut to final shape. If everything workes out I'll do the same on the starboard side next.
