Once satisfied with the multi-axis alignment, I layed up the carbon over the lower mould, then cleco'd the upper mould over the top and clamped in various places to squeeze the excess resin out. Tomorrow I'll trim the excess carbon off, tripple check the alignment, match drill attach holes through the pant and trim to suit the axle flange bracket (yet to be made).
