First I made hinge pins for the starboard flap, then Jards and I traced the port flap trim lines onto the upper and lower inboard end of the starboard flap and slowly trimmed the excess skin away until we had a good fit. A little more needs to be sanded off the upper side toward the rear, but it's almost right.
