While trolling through jobs left to do, I realised that I had left the bottom cover-plate out of the assembly. The plate is necessary to stop items falling into and short-circuiting the power bus' when inverted. So, drilled the assembly apart and while I was at it, decided to repaint the whole thing. t still had some small fisheyes from when I used to measure paint and hardener portions with a syringe (which is lubricated with silicone). That meant sanding off the existing 2K grey and primer and preparing for repaint. After tha tedious job, I applied a coat of EP41 etch primer and set it aside to dry.
