I match drilled the new floor panels to the existing holes and finish trimmed the outer edges. The starboard door hole still needs to be opened up to final size. When that was done I sanded a recess in the port blister to accommodate the flap torque tube and closed out the hole with layers of carbon fibre. When this sets hard I'll grind away the excess and start preparations for priming and finish paint.
