Tonight I turned two close tolerance PVC plugs to mask off the fuel tank flanges, then sanded back the wing tips and applied a thick coat of 2K primer. Tomorrow morning I'll dop-stick some more primer on the rivet heads and wait for that to harden before I sand everything back again for another smoothing prime.
