I sanded down the Upol Reface and smoothed the edges. There's a bit more sanding to go, then I'll drill and install the nutplates for the lens. The squeezer won't reach, so I'll have to use blind rivets to avoid cracking the epoxy & Aerosil with the rivet gun.
