Today I ground and scuffed the flange around the light receptacle, trimmed the starboard light lens to size, waxed and PVA'd it, then taped it flush into a bed of epoxy and Aerosil. When it's set, I'll remove and hopefully any smears of epoxy will come off the polycarbonate (fingers crossed)!
