I scuffed and match-moulded the wing tip lights into the sockets hopefully for the last time. I happy that they look the same and point in the right direction (about 4-5 degrees down compared to the wing chord and parallel to the direction of flight). I can't see past the nose on short finals anyway and the ring of taxi-light LED's should help fill the shadows left by the two forward-pointing landing lights and also give me peripheral vision during the flare.
