Since we already had some epoxy and Aerosil mixed up, James and I smoothed the inside of the landing/taxi light cutout and glued in the socket that I had match-moulded prevously. When that sets I can grind the hole further out to match the socket, check the light alignment and then reinforce the area with some more carbon layup. After that we can remake the sidewall and fix the recess for the oversized lens.
