James and I made a new cardboard template, covered in foil, waxed and wedged it into place to support the vinyl-ester baffle layup. We checked the fit in the wing first, layed up the carbon fibre and then re-cleco'd the tip back in place to ensure the baffle sets in exactly the right shape.
