James and I scuffed the rear baffle and surrounds ready for reinforcement, then added two more layers of carbon and vinyl ester resin before clecoíng the tip back onto the wing while it sets.
This time I happened to notice that the underside of the tip in the vicinity of the landing light area had slightly buckled when I did the mod two years ago and didn't mount it to the wing while that set. There's no going back, so I'll have to fill that slight depression with epoxy & Aerosil or it will be very noticeable from the front with the tail on the ground.
