It took a few trial cuts at various feed speeds and plunge rates, but eventually I figured the best way to profile and pocket 2024-T3 ally. I'm determined to make a better job of the bellcrank inspection doublers, so I may as well cut my teeth on these parts before I get too excited about making other parts.
