Tonight I countersunk, deburred and riveted the flap hinge in place. I used JB Weld to fill the slight recess at the trailing edge where the flap brace sits just below the height of the hinge and bottom skin, then scraped it perfectly flush when it was almost set. The flap lines up perfectly with the port aileron and has just enough pressure on the upper skin not to leave any gaps or create an unsightly droop at the aileron interchange.
