I smoothed the edges and holes in the Gretz Aero mounting doublers, riveted the nutplates onto the mast, match-drilled the brackets to the existing wing holes and traced the pattern to the skin. I want to be more accurate with the exit hole on the skin, so that wil require some slow trimming.
I also pondered over where and how to mount the pitot tube heater module ... more on that later.
