I deburred about 1100 holes and dimpled about 350, then smoothed the aileron bellcrank access panel holes and NACA scoop inlet. I discovered some minor distortion in the thin aft spar around the inboard aileron hinge point (almost as if it took a knock during shipment), so I'll drill those components apart tomorrow, straighten the separate sections of 0.032" ally and rivet it all back together ... shouldn't take long. With Tony's help I'll also dimple the remaining inboard holes on the aft lower skin using the DRDT-2.
