I scuffed the inside of the wingtip with 60 grit paper and air blasted it clean. Then James and I mixed another batch of vinyl ester and laid one 400gsm layer of woven glass to strengthen the tip, ensure any the exposed resin is AVGAS compatible and to prevent leaks. Next we'll do the other side, make the second tank wall and some baffles.
