I refitted the port pivot block and match drilled through the carbon fibre, trimmed the starboard edge to final dimensions, fixed some minor blind rivet anomalies (a few rivets of slightly different head size), then prepared, primed and painted the inside for the final time.
Tomorrow, I'll add a narrow strip of UHMW tape along the edges to stop abrasion against the fuselage.
