Today added filler to the attach flange at the front of the cowl and clecoed in place. It will be a much neater fit with the upper cowl supported well across this attach point. I also added another layer of Carbon fibre to the inside of the attach flange areas where the compound curves are severe. After all, this area suffers high vibration loading.
