Broke the router table out and created a sizeable amount of plastic chips making some quick-on/quick-off rudder and brake pedal extensions. The extensions were made from natural UHMW plastic--1- 1/4 inch nad 1-inch thick sheets. The local plastic supply house didn't have much in the way of black UHMW. The extensions fit over the existing rudder pedal UHMW block, and also fit around half way around the brake pedal and pipe and the vertical pipe connecting the rudder pedal to the brake pedal. It is held in place with three velcro straps, two of which wrap around the rudder pedal, and one which wraps around the vertical pipe. The single strap around the vertical pipe will probably be sufficient to keep the extension reliably attached.
Still untested--once I mount the rudder pedals back in the the fuselage, my favorite short pilot wife can try them on for size.
