Deburred, drilled, countersunk the rear bulkehad and associated parts. Fabricated the tail tiedown holder from aluminum extrusion--much simpler to do than I anticipated--used the bandsaw with a metal blade to make the major cuts, and used the scritchbrite wheel on the grider to finish off final trim/clanup. Primed the bulkhead stiffener (don't know why, I don't prime any of the other alclad sheet metal) and primed the aluminum extrusion (its not alclad, so should need priming).
