Brief Description:  Visit from EAA Tech Councelor

I had my first visit from EAA Chapter 187 Tech Counselor Deene Ogden. He examined my math hole drilling attempts. The biggest problem found was with the 3/16" holes used for the rudder hinge brackets. The spar and spar cap bad match hole drilling didn't line up well with the hinge brackets. After inserting some bolds through all three, checking for squareness, match-drilled all three--seems to bolt together without any slop.

Deene also gave me some pointers on the skin deburring. I need to put a better radius on the edges, not so much to smooth out the nicks to avoid structural weakness, but rather to give a less-sharp edge for paint to better adhere and avoid paint chipping. Began dis-assembling and re-deburring the V Stab skins.
