Built a timplate out of walnut wood that is the exact mesurments inside as my radio stack will be. Clamped the timplate to the back side of the instrument panel and cut it with a router and a straight cut carbide guide bit. Cut and clecoed two angle aluminium to the sides if the radio stack hole.
