Made a jig from three 2x4s glued together, and cut at a diamiter of approx 10 inches as shown in this picture. Clamped the upper corner aluminum pieces for the Skybolt cowling attachment kit into the jig, to get a perfect radius. Drilled and clecoed the aluminum to the firewall.
