I still had the forward sweep in the wings, so I ried to pull them back with draw strapstied to the tiedown eyes, and the tail wheel tube. This did not work. Found that the rear spar forward attach bracket on the fuselage side (which is made up of two bars that attach around the wing bracket) was interfering with the rear spar of both wings. Removed the Left wing and cut down the forward attach bracket. Reinstalled left wing. Removed the right wing, and cut down the attach bracket. Reinstalled right wing. This looks like it will work.
